Server Rules:

1. Spam - Flooding chat with any type of spam. This includes excessive begging and advertisements for tebex deals and player shops.

2. Inappropriate Chat and Explicit Content - Any behavior that contains explicit content or otherwise breaks a rule. This can include but is not limited to; excessive inappropriate language generally or towards another player, sexual or pornographic content, discussion about severe drug-related topics, severe gore-related topics, severe violence, etc. This also includes being on signs, in books, or renamed mobs or items.

3. Advertising - Advertising in our chat is not tolerated. Advertising is the act of posting server IP's in public chat in hopes that players will join.

4. Controversial Topics - Discussing controversial topics that can include but is not limited to; politics, religion, terroristic threats/content, inappropriate debates, etc.

5. Death Threats and Wishes - Telling someone to kill themselves is strictly not allowed, if you receive death threats in your private messages in game, create a ticket with proof so it can be verified. 

6. Toxicity - If you are found to be toxic towards a player or group of players you will be punished. 

7. IRL Trading - Players are not allowed to advertise that they're selling things for IRL money outside of the server. Accounts, skins, PayPal, etc. 

8. Inappropriate Skins and Usernames - Any kind of harmful usernames and skins are not allowed and will be banned until they're changed. 

9. Exploiting and Glitching - If players have not reported a bug, and are abusing it to harm other players' experience or use it for personal gain, they will receive a punishment based on severity. 

10. Lag Machines - Intentionally making machines or builds that cause the server and players to lag out is strictly prohibited. 

11. Inapropriate Builds - Any form of inappropriate builds is strictly prohibited. Content that is offensive, hateful, or sexually suggestive, and can include racial slurs, profanity, nudity, and symbols of hate. 

12. Tebex Scamming - Tebex scamming is punishable if a player buys something off tebex for a deal, and the other player does not give the agreed items after the purchase was made. It is only considered "Scamming" if you give your items first, then the other person runs away with them. 

13. DDoS, Dox or S.W.A.T Threats or Jokes - The act of doxing, ddosing or swatting is NOT tolerated. You are also not allowed to post your "own" information, fake information, or any "public" information. If anyone makes a threat towards you in private messages, please make a ticket on our discord. Threatening someone to hack them is also not allowed. 

14. Unfair Advantage and Blacklisted Modifications - This includes any use of a hacked client, ghost client, illegal mods, etc. Any modifications to any client or mod that will create an advantage over other players are not allowed. Use of a macro or modified mouse also falls under this category as well as Drag, and auto clicking.

Note: X-Raying will result in a full inventory wipe + BAN!

15. Alt Limit- You are allowed to use a total of 3 accounts (1 main + 2 alts)

Punishment: Breaking any of these rules can result in a temporary/permanent MUTE or even a BAN

Website Rules:

1. Be Respectful  - Treat all members with kindness and keep discussions family-friendly. Hate speech, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited. 

2. No Harassment -  Bullying, personal attacks, or targeting other users is not allowed. This includes comments, private messages, or posts. 

3. Keep it Clean - Avoid spam, excessive ALL CAPS, or repetitive posts. Unsolicited advertising, self-promotion, or off-site links (unless approved) are not permitted. 

4. Follow Legal and Platform Guidelines  - All content must comply with applicable laws and the forum's hosting platform rules. No NSFW, illegal content, or malicious links. 

5. Post in the Right Place  - Use the correct forum sections for your topics (e.g., builds, gameplay, technical help). Off-topic posts should go in designated areas. 

6. No Impersonation  - Do not pretend to be staff, other members, or public figures. Use your own unique identity. 

7. Respect Privacy  - Do not share personal information about yourself or others, such as real names, addresses, or photos, without consent. 

8. No Trolling  - Disruptive behavior, starting arguments for no reason, or derailing threads intentionally is not tolerated. 

9. Keep Media Appropriate  - Screenshots, videos, or other Minecraft-related uploads must be family-friendly. No excessive gore, inappropriate builds, or offensive content. 

10. Respect Staff  - Follow staff instructions their decisions are final. If you disagree, reach out privately to an admin for an appeal. 

11. Malicious Activity - A threat or attempt to share personal or private information about another member or the server. This includes threatening, attempting, or actually Doxing/DDoSing a member or the server. Related instances can include but is not limited to; Doxing/DDoSing, Swatting, Malicious Links, Malicious Blackmail, etc. 

12. Controversial Topics - Discussing controversial topics that can include but is not limited to; politics, religion, terroristic threats/content, inappropriate debates, etc.

Punishment: Breaking any of these rules can result in a temporary/permanent MUTE or even a BAN

Discord Rules:

1. Toxicity - If you are found to be toxic towards a player or group of players you will be punished.

3. Advertising - Advertising in our chat is not tolerated. Advertising is the act of posting server invites and IP's in hopes that players will join. 

4. Inappropriate Chat and Explicit Content - Any behavior that contains explicit content or otherwise breaks a rule. This can include but is not limited to; excessive inappropriate language generally or towards another player, sexual or pornographic content, discussion about severe drug-related topics, severe gore-related topics, severe violence, etc.

8. Impersonation - Pretending to be staff, other members, or public figures is forbidden. 

9. Controversial Topics - Discussing controversial topics that can include but is not limited to; politics, religion, terroristic threats/content, inappropriate debates, etc. 

10. Unnecessary Pings - Do not ping staff for any reason or ping other members in excess, if you need help make a ticket and we will automatically be pinged there. 

Punishment: Breaking any of these rules can result in a temporary/permanent MUTE or even a BAN

Island Rules:

1. Alt Islands - Islands must keep everything on a single island. Using separate islands to store wealth or anything else is prohibited.

2. Unauthorized Entry - Players may not attempt to glitch, exploit, or attempt to enter an island or area in which they are kicked, banned, or otherwise not allowed to enter. If you cannot get to an area using regular methods, do not attempt to enter using any loopholes.

3. Island Boosting - Islands may not give or sell items at an unreasonable price or make any unreasonable offers (as determined by the management team) to attempt to alter /is top leaderboards. Any actions to plot against/harm other islands through the form of boosting (as determined by the management team) is also prohibited. An island is prohibited from buying Currency/Anything that DIRECTLY affects Island Value for a giftcard from a member that is joining (or has plans to join) their island.

4. Island Rotation - Islands are not allowed to rotate members in and out of their island team to bypass the maximum size intended.

5. Island Insiding - Island Members, Leaders, and Co-Leaders are prohibited from stealing anything that results in their own personal gain, including items, money, and information. Joining an island solely to take their items and leaving them for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

6. Island Griefing - Island griefing is strictly prohibited. Players may not destroy, steal, or alter another player's island or island builds without the full consent of the island owner. This includes removing valuable blocks, sabotaging farms, killing mobs, or intentionally causing harm to the island’s progress or design. Any form of griefing, even as a “joke”  will result in disciplinary action determined by the management team. Players are encouraged to report griefing immediately with screenshots or video evidence.
